Evaluation Summary: Blessed with extraordinary quickness, Anthony is both a handful and a blur in the open court. But what sets Barber apart from other fine PG's is that he also possesses an explosive first step to the hoop in the half court set. His blazing speed also allows him to be an excellent defender, both on the ball and between passing lanes. His lone weak spot at this point is lack of a consistent jump shot. But since he's a 2013, he has plenty of time to work on that!
