Jarrod Davis (SF) 6'6" Lakewood HS (NJ)

Class of 2011
Friars have offered.

Schools in Recruiting Mix: Seton Hall, Marquette, Providence, Virginia Tech, Georgia Tech, Tennessee, St. John's, Syracuse, Miami, Temple and Xavier.

SF# 56
Natl' Rating: 2 1/2-Stars
ESPN Grade: 88
Last Updated: 12/23/10

Evaluaqtion Summary: Jarrod's stock has fallen somewhat from his summertime high, but he is still
an athletic wing who can handle the basketball and a good shooter out to 20 feet. He tends not to drift beyond the arc at this time. While only average defensively, Davis has long arms and other tools which could make him a menace over time. He also rebounds quite well for his size.

Jabari Parker (SF) 6'7" Simeon HS (IL)

Class of 2013
Friars have offered.

Schools in the Recruiting Mix: Illinois, Purdue, Washington, Kansas, Providence, DePaul, Northwestern, Georgetown, Southern Illinois and Michigan St.

SF# 6
Natl' Rating: 5-Stars
ESPN Grade: 97
Last Updated: 12/23/10

Evaluation Summary: Very skilled small forward who does it all on the court and possesses a very high basketball IQ.

Evan Cummins (SF) 6'8" Northfield-Mt. Hermon

Class of 2012
Friars have offered.

Schools in the Recruiting Mix: UMass, Providence, Butler, William & Mary, Notre Dame, Stanford and Virginia.

SF# 57
Natl' Rating: 2 1/2-Stars
ESPN Grade: 87

Last Updated: 12/23/2010

Evaluation Summary: Cummins has an excellent basketball IQ, is a good high pass passer, and shoots with consistency inside 16 feet. However, he needs to work on his back-to-the-basket game and finishing with his left hand. He also needs to be more aggressive and consistent in the paint.

Allan Thomas (SG) 6'4" ASA College (NY) -Juco

Class of 2011
Friars have yet to offer.

Schools in the Recruiting Mix: Providence, Seton Hall, Fordham, Rider and Iona.

SG# N/R
Natl Rating: N/R
ESPN Grade:
N/R

Evaluation Summary: Thomas, who missed last season has drifted a bit school-wise. He's also now playing for a somewhat obscure junior college. Nevertheless, he has the attention of college coaches because no matter where he shoots the ball from, it does not drift. So far in 2010-11, he's shooting a sizzling 62% from the field, including 55% from 3-pt land. He also starred at Thomas Edison HS in NY, so he has played against a very high level of competition.

Marcus Hopper (C) 6'9" Holy Cross HS (NY)

Class of 2011
Friars have yet to offer.

Schools in the Recruiting Mix: Providence, Siena, Boston University and UMBC.

C# 42
Natl' Rating: 1-Star
ESPN Grade: 79

Evaluation Summary: Hopper is an improving big man with a nice touch out to the perimeter and has the ability to finish up close. However, he's not an athletic kid (especially defensively) and that will put a lid upon his recruitment. Nevertheless, his skill level has the bigger schools monitoring his progress.

Daniel Dingle (PF) 6'7" St. Raymond's (NY)

Class of 2012
Friars have offered.

Schools in the Recruiting Mix: Boston College, Pittsburgh, Arizona, St. John's, West Virginia, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Providence, Xavier, Seton Hall, Kansas St., Iowa St., Cincinnati and UMass.

PF# 30
Natl' Rating: 3-Stars
ESPN Grade: 91

Evaluation Summary: Younger brother of former UMass star Dana Dingle and is of outstanding personal character. Daniel plays with a lot of heart every time he steps on the court. He is a very good passer top of the key passer and plays with a good basketball IQ. Very coach-able.

Jordan Hare (PF) 6'9" Saginaw (MI)

Class of 2012
The Friars have offered.

Schools in the Recruiting Mix: Michigan St., Providence, Kentucky, and Louisville.

PF# 12
Natl' Rating: 4-Stars
ESPN Grade: 95
Last Updated: 12/20/10

Evaluation Summary: Jordan is an intriguingly athletic prospect who can dominate in the paint. Like most young big men, his defense (and rebounding) are well ahead of his offense, where most points are scored off tip-ins and dunks. His shot-altering 7'4" wingspan says a lot of what you need to know about his defense.

C# 35
Natl' Rating: 2 1/2 Stars
ESPN Grade: 88
Latest Update: 12/04/10

Evaluation Summary via ESPN: "Coleman is a physical specimen with explosive power and leaping ability. He's just as strong in his lower body as he is his upper body and able to elevate through contact to make plays around the rim on both ends. He is a big time finisher who dunks with authority.
